Shipping & Returns |
We do not charge for delivery to the UK and all orders are delivered using Royal Mail Parcel Post. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, resulting in 95% of deliveries within 5 working days. During exceptionally busy periods it can take up to 14 working days for deliveries.
If you do not have a UK Post Code and wish to order then please e-mail roy@wardwalkers.com for a quote on delivery costs.
If you are not satisfied with any items purchased from Ward Walkers, you can return them unworn, free of charge, within 30 days from date of purchase. Simply use the returns address label and complete the returns form (both enclosed with your order) returning unworn goods in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange of your choice.
In the rare event of your purchase breaking down in wear the same free returns policy operates. If you no longer have the returns documents simply e-mail roy@wardwalkers.com with your name and address and we will send you the appropriate documents.
